Hookly is a mobile application designed to help indie app developers, solopreneurs, and marketers create viral TikTok slideshow content. The app uses AI to transform app descriptions into engaging TikTok content formats that drive organic reach and downloads. Hookly offers both free and premium subscription features.

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will be notified of any price changes in advance.

• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:

• iOS: Submit refund requests through Apple's Report a Problem website
• Android: Request refunds through Google Play Store customer service

Hookly does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Free trials are limited to one per user.

• We do not guarantee the originality or uniqueness of generated content
• Users are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on third-party rights

10. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your app descriptions, screenshots, and reference images you provide
• You grant Hookly a license to use your inputs to generate TikTok slideshows for your use
• Generated content through Hookly becomes available for your commercial use
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with TikTok's policies

10.2 Hookly's Rights

• We may use anonymized, aggregated data about content generation patterns to improve our AI and services
• We do not claim ownership of your specific generated slideshows
• We reserve the right to analyze content patterns for service improvement and abuse prevention
• Hookly's AI technology, algorithms, and app are protected by intellectual property rights
